Multiple Job Offers: Which One to Take?
Don’t automatically take the one with the highest salary. I’d compare the total package: pay, benefits, commute, schedule, job stability, growth opportunities, and especially who you’ll be working for.
If two offers are close, think about which job you’d still want to do a year from now. I’d also ask each employer about expectations, workload, and why the position is open. Those answers can reveal a lot that the job description won’t.
