Questions to Ask Yourself Before Accepting a Job Offer

Before accepting, I’d ask myself a few simple things: Am I actually excited about the work? Is the pay worth the time and commute? Will I have a reasonable work-life balance? And most importantly, can I see myself staying there for at least a year or two? A higher salary isn’t always worth it if the job makes you miserable.
