How Do You Choose a Career That Is Actually Worth Going?
I’d look beyond salary. A good career should match at least a few things: what you’re good at, what you can tolerate doing every day, how much money you need, and whether there are real opportunities to consider when choosing.
Also, don’t expect to find the perfect career immediately. Try small projects, internships, courses, or part-time work before making a big commitment. Sometimes doing the actual work tells you more than researching it for months.
And think about your future self. Ask: Will I still want this lifestyle 5 or 10 years from now? That question can save you from choosing a career only because it sounds impressive.
