How Should I Answer “Why Should We Hire You?”
Don’t just say you’re hardworking or a fast learner. Tell them what you can actually bring to the job.
Pick 2 or 3 things that match the role, then give a quick example. Maybe you solved a problem, handled difficult customers, learned something quickly, or made a process easier.
You can also be honest about what you’re still learning. The goal isn’t to prove you’re perfect. It’s to show that you understand the job and have a reason to believe you can do it well.
If you are fresher with no experience try to discuss about your projects or internship experience.
And keep it short. A clear 30-second answer is usually better than a long speech.
