How to Answer "Tell Me About Yourself" in an Interview?
Keep it short and make it about your work, not your whole life.
A simple structure is: who you are → what you have done → what you are good at → why you are here.
For example self introduction could be: “I have worked in sales support for the past three years. I mainly handle reports, track targets, and support the sales team. I enjoy finding problems in data and making things easier for the team. Now I’m looking for a role where I can use these skills and learn more.”
One small trick: don’t memorize every word. Remember 3–4 points and talk naturally. It sounds much better.
