Should You Leave a Job if You’re Unhappy After 3 Months?

I think 3 months is too early to decide. Three months can be enough to notice major problems, but sometimes you just need more time to adjust.

Look at the actual reason you want to leave. Bad manager, toxic environment, no learning, misleading job description, or poor pay are different from simply feeling uncomfortable because everything is new.

If the problems are serious and unlikely to change, start looking for another job. If it’s mostly the normal stress of starting somewhere new, give it a little more time if you can.
